My name is Greg O’Hara. I am a Digital Video Pro with A-to-Z video expertise. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, I have lived in Switzerland since the last century (1999). Following a varied career in the Finance and Telecoms businesses, as Analyst Programmer / Project Manager, I finally achieved my goal to cross-train to the Digital Video area around 12 years ago. I have been a Multimedia Content Producer since then.

Experienced in all aspects of the film-making and photography processes, I have worked a lot in post-production recently. Along with the Apple Final Cut Pro X package which includes Motion and Compressor, I also use Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Technically savvy, I can quickly find solutions for all kinds of editing challenges.

I am an Apple Certified Professional for Final Cut Pro 10.4.

I take a lot of photos not just professionally but for fun too. And as for equipment, I have become a FujiFilm X freak in recent years. I recently successfully completed the very extensive Professional Photography Course through the New York Institute of Photography.

In my free time I am crazy about all things cycling. If more people rode bicycles, we could go a whole way towards improving the quality of life on this planet. It doesn’t matter if it’s just with your legs and lungs or indeed with a little electric assistance. A bike is a bike. I am very excited about the innovations in the biking industry and encourage everyone to take up this activity in any of its many forms. At present I go out fairly often on my road bike, but also ride on gravel or with the mountain bike.
